The features are really great like embedded assessments, highlighters, etc. It is a nice e-Learning reader. **What do you dislike about MagicBox?** MagicBox needs better reporting capabilities. It is difficult to use and costs add up when an organization needs to build custom reports every time. Creating a more flexible way for companies to build reports would be ideal. Measuring impact is a high priority. The product overall is not easy to use and not simple for teachers to implement in their classroom. It would be better to have a more structured onboarding. **What problems is MagicBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** I still have to review the new teacher experience. I am hoping that this new release will be easier for teachers to adopt the product. ### 2. Whenever I've reached out, they've usually replied quickly. often within a couple of hours, and most issues get sorted out the same day. even if we have different time zone. I've contacted them by email. and all have been helpful. The platform itself is straightforward to use rather than other platforms, and it makes creating and sharing digital content much easier. I also appreciate that their team listens and has made adjustments based on our need. **What do you dislike about MagicBox?** For more complicated problems, responses can sometimes take longer, especially if different people handle parts of the same request. It can feel a little disjointed. I also think the interface could look a bit more modern, and clearer billing details would be nice. But overall, these are small things compared to how well the platform and team work. **What problems is MagicBox solving and how is that benefiting you?** MB is a handy platform for creating, sharing, and managing digital content. It's easy to use and works well for teachers, schools, and business. You can quickly turn PDFs or slides into eBooks, share them instantly across devices, and even access them offline. It also brings your lessons, assignments, and assessments into one place, so it's easier to keep track of progress. There are tools to help with accessibility, and it connects smoothly with systems like Google Classroom, Canvas or Moodle. One thing I really appreciate is their support team. They respond fast and are always willing to customize things to fit your needs. Overall, it save time, and makes managing digital content a lot less hassle. ### 3.
