For me, the best feature is the opt-in email to the customer on checkout because it is the best time to get a favorable review, and you have the maximum option for getting the check.  The flexibility of placing the badge also works well with the theme we used.

Not must to dislike, it is a simple extension does what it is supposed to do.

It is a simple extension, easy to install and works well. We have noticed that Google reviews are more reliable than regular product reviews. And more than that, Google reviews significantly boost SEO performance. The opt-in survey on the cart and the email notification to provide studies definitely increase the positive Google reviews associated with your business.
