Customer support is not proactive. Sometimes it takes weeks to resolve any query. Apart from that, they really need to work on troubleshoot documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We heavily use Magento 2 Google Analytics 4 (GA4) With GTM for all real-time and batch analytics for our product and the reports are sent to the product and finance team to take business-critical decisions on the fly, for example, tracking coupons, and payment gateway usage. It also helps to instantly switch the traffic to parallel stack in case of high traffic or surge on the platform.
