The implementation was a breeze and customer support was there when needed. Our warehouse use it on a daily basis, there are no complaints from the clerks, they find it easy to use and very intuitive. The operation side runs smooth as well, the many features it has helps a lot with the logistics process and keeps the customer informed of where is the cargo at and what is happening with it. We did an integration with a propietary system and again customer support did a great job keeping us updated on the timeframes and deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Magaya Supply Chain? Only downside I see is the need to install the communication software on your computer, it is not a big deal, but may need to be installed by networks administratos depending on the security level of your network. It is a GREAT WMS, in the end that is the base of all the shipments, if you have a strong foundation you can do everything else with relatively ease. Its slow, old, buggy to say the least and worst of all is their support team who apparently don't have any knowledge about their own software.
