I love this platform for its capability to transcribe audio with ease. I love the capability of this AI platform to identify different speakers in the audio . The platform can also translate languages with ease allowing to bridge lingual barrier within and outside the organization. I love the capability of this platform to transcribe meeting directly. I love the integration of this platform like zoom, teams, vMis or OBS. The platform have a user friendly interface and the onboarding of this platform was also quick. I love most part of this platform but I wish that the pricing of this platform was more moderate. I also wish that files can be directly uploaded to this platform easily to do the transcribe task or translation. I also wish that there was more customization in this platform. Frankly this platform assist the user in transcribing audio live by detecting different speakers. I have a large number of oral histories done over the years with indigenous communities in Cañar, Ecuador. I am now transcribing these into text to include in my archive at the Benson Library, University of Texas/Austin. I am also sharing them with the subjects of the oral histories so we can make corrections to names/places/dates. Finally, I am sharing them with a PhD student who is researching social movements. The speed and ease of uploading and transcribing captions in so many different languages is what I love most about this tool. Great customer support, Competitive pricing as compared to others and Maestra has theie API support as well which allows us to automate the video subtitles generation. it also has Teams feature that allows multiple stakeholders to collaborate together. Nothing in particular, all of our requirements were satisfied after using maestra. One suggestion that I would give maestra is that they need to improve their windowing scroll on the dashboard. Maestra was intuitive to use and created a fairly accurate transcript in the first upload. It is easy to make corrections and ensure accuracy. I really appreciate how easy it was to make my video content more accessible by adding captioning. It would be great if the software would learn specific words once it had been updated more than once and use that word for the next file, but I was impressed with how accurate it was.
