The least helpful thing about it is the translation. Specifically the translations from another language to English (although I cannot speak to the translation from English to another language), I tried to use it on a Spanish video into English and there were parts that were not picked up and not translated and the translation was not accurate. Maestra has worked so well while trying to teach preschool virtually. I do not always have someone that can translate for the parents that I work with.
