What do you like best about Marketing 360?

Nothing, I can't say that a single thing about my experience has been pleasant. At the most, my account rep is a nice guy, but still doesn't necessarily make him good at his job. Absolutely everything, poor customer service, lack of communication, limited on-boarding support. I literally do not know where they are getting these good reviews from, because none of them have proven to be true in my case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Marketing 360?

What problems is Marketing 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

If you're considering "hiring" Marketing 360, don't! You need to run. I put quotes around "hiring" because this is not a marketing company, this is a SaaS company. They simply want you to spend money with them so that they can charge you for their CRM, and website software every month. You'd be much better off paying for a software that is built specifically for your industry rather than a general one like theirs.

They market themselves as being incredible providers of SEO content, websites, and PPC campaign experts. I have been with this company for 6 months now. I've spent over $8,000 with them and I have received maybe 3 bad leads, and some poor excuse for content. They sometimes don't even respond to my emails. They will wait days to weeks just to get me on the phone for a response. Guess they don’t want things in writing?

Do not let the initial sales call fool you, it's all empty promises.They’ll try to tell you that they’re doing the right thing by creating a website for you for free. My website was under construction for THREE MONTHS. Not a long time if the website was good, but it was a LOUSY excuse for a website. It got to the point where I didn’t even want them to make it anymore because we were wasting valuable time. Nothing on the website proves that it will convert sales, they only want to create you a new website so they can tie you in to it, because once you stop paying them the website doesn't exist anymore.

What do you like best about Marketing 360?

Marketing 360 has satisfied my every need for online marketing and I highly recommend them. They not only do a first-rate job maintaining my online presence, they also adjust to the changing environment by keeping me up to date on the latest options to improve in the future. What do you dislike about Marketing 360?

This company is a scam. They make promises on services that they never deliver. Then when you call them out, they never respond and shut down your access. They were allowed access to all of my company platforms (Facebook, google, etc.), and I have received not one ad. Now I am also trying to figure out how to release them from my google analytics. I have reached out multiple times requesting my funds back, and no response.

Please stay away from this company. These other reviews are not just angry people; these are honest reviews. I spent my last hoping this would help my company. On their social media, they claim to want to help small businesses, but it is clear that they only want to steal from small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Marketing 360?

Having a marketing executive to work with! We meet via Zoom weekly to review progress and resolve any problems, and most important , look for opportunities to do better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Marketing 360?

The dashboard report is very comprehensive but a bit like trying to take a sip from a fire hose. I'm sure I'm not taking advantage of all that 's in the reports. There is also a weekly email update report but there are no built-in comparisons. Just looking at the number of impressions or clicks without any context such as the previous week or a simple up or down error would be more useful. Probably could just do away with it. What problems is Marketing 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

The major plus has been turning around a sales plateau and gaining sales dollars and new customers. The problem for us was how to to move from a physician-centered audience for marketing to an end-user patient centering. The e-commerce marketing abilities of the Marketing 360 program were essential. "When you don't know what to do"

What do you like best about Marketing 360?

Quality work, personable relationships, and knowing things I do not know how to do for my business are being taken care of.

I love the fact that I do not have to think about what I should be advertising and how to have my venue seen by the right people. I know how to plan a wedding and how to execute that plan but I do not know how to market or advertise the right way to the right people. Recommendations to others considering Marketing 360:

Let's just admit it. In business, there are things we are great at and things we do not know. Why not focus your time, attention, and passion on the things you are good at to let your business progress and then hand over the things you are not good at to a team that can make your business succeed to another level. Marketing 360 knows how to get it done for my business. Handing over the marketing areas of my business that I did not know how to handle was a bit scary at first, but my Marketing 360 team listened and implemented what I asked for and then executed in areas I didn't even think to ask for. I do not know how to market to the clientele I am trying to reach. In the age of Google and social media, I feel overwhelmed and intimidated in understanding how and what to say to attract prospective clients. Marketing 360 not only knows how to do it, but they give me peace of mind knowing it is being taken care of without me having to check in constantly. What do you like best about Marketing 360?

You can reach someone anytime who is always polite and helpful to ensure things stay running smoothly. They ask alot of questions and try to make sure that whatever you what is exactly what is done. I really can only complain about the very begining before I was with the team I have now. I was promised things that where actually impossible to happen. (I know now because the amazing team I have explained step by step exactly how things should have been done and continue to be done now) I will say that once the company found out what was occuring they took care of it right away and has done everything to help me and my company. They have made my social media amazing, completly redone my website to function and look like I always dreamed, as well as helped me understand how marketing works for my type of business. What do you like best about Marketing 360?

What do you dislike about Marketing 360?

We hired them for Content Creation/SEO and Ads. After spending over $6000+ and 3 months we never actually received anything. Deadlines were missed and pushed off multiple times and after 3 months we had not received anything from them. They did however hijack our Google account without telling us that would happen and then made excuses after the fact. That took 2 weeks to get back and thousands of dollars in lost revenue. We asked for content to be created, and they finally attempted to throw a blog on our website that was just a few words after we asked to cancel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
