They are excellent at over-promising up-front and baiting you into having high hopes and convincing you they are a "one-stop-shop" for all things marketing. The sales staff at Marketing 360 is wonderful at selling false hopes and writing checks their marketing staff can't cash. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Marketing 360? The salesperson we worked with on the front-end was 100x the quality of the marketing account manager we were assigned to on the back-end. We were literally educating our account manager on abstract new age concepts such as "domain & page authority". He had never heard of those things and didn't give them any credence. We should have known better when they insisted on using their "proprietary control panel" for all things tracking, instead of the google ads panel. Their system is a giant shell game of hide the lure and shiny objects. Anytime a marketing agency tries to tell you they have a better tracking system than google, RUN. We had a $3-$5K budget and tried their service for 4 months. Resulted in 2 trackable sales totaling a whopping $2K in GROSS revenue, or $600 profit. After spending $15,000 to make $600, we decided it was time to stop the bleeding and canceled our account and moved to a boutique marketing shop where we actually get to work with legitimately educated marketing specialists. We gave them ample time and money, and had a high degree of patience b/c we so badly wanted them to be a long term partner. We read a ton of positive reviews, but all I can imagine is these reviews were before they got to be such a large company. Now they are a watered-down version of a legit marketing agency, trying to do too many things, which results in doing nothing well. Find a boutique marketing agency where the owner is actually still involved in account management, save yourself thousands and get 100x the results compared to working with this clown show. We are local to their offices which allowed us to meet not only our sales rep in person but also the entire team that we would be working with a Madwire. This allowed us to tell them exactly what our goals were and helped them understand what we were after. The entire process was simple and easy.
