At different times in a business cycle you have different needs, so it would be nice to be able to select more specific features that could be included (or excluded) in the base price. Their experiential wisdom and personal rep. They worked with me to make my website more custom. I've always felt that if a company can grow to over 600 employees, they must understand marketing. They are not necessarily industry experts in our niche so it does take some cooperation as far as content and design preferences. That is to be expected. Sometimes your rep will promote and move on and I don't love transitioning to a new rep but I love that there is promotion from within there. The 360 dashboard could be a little more user friendly. Some years, Marketing 360 can drive upwards of $1M in new revenue to our stores! We have built many websites together and they have an understanding of SEO and Google Ad Words unlike any marketing agency I have seen. This tool takes a lot of time to learn its various functionalities. I felt like there were a few barriers to entry when it came to learning the tool and implementing it across my team. It has lots of potential when it comes to information storage and contact tracking. It also has nice automated features. I just felt it was lacking when it came to ease of use and its payment and invoicing methods. I also wish it would focus on specific groups within our general client base. This was a challenge. Starting a small business and searching for the right marketing team was difficult and one of the many things on my plate. Then I was referred to Marketing 360 and educated about so many things I dont have the experience to do on my own. The on boarding process has been reassuring that a team of experts are in my corner. I love the culture of the company that is portrayed by the entire team, experience to help me get my marketing set up, and the added software tools that are offered to help me keep my life organized. At first, my intial respentative left after building up a solid repor with her, and it took about 3 months to get back on track and find a represenative that appropriately pick up the reigns, with my best interest at heart. Not only did upper management contact me personall, but an actual owner talked to me personally, apoligized about my intial represenative leaving and the 3 month limbo we experienced trying to get the right representaive for my campaign. They hit a home run with Sammy Rittner. She is brutally honest, admits when their is an issue or mistake, then properly and aggressively addresses it.
