Madoake is a front desk for B2B teams that turn seminars, webinars and inquiries into one-on-one meetings. Training companies, consultants and professional firms use it to replace the back-and-forth of email and spreadsheets. Booking pages offer only the times your team is free in Google Calendar or Microsoft 365. When someone books, Madoake creates the calendar event and a Google Meet or Teams link, sends the confirmation, and sends a reminder the day before. Round-robin and all-hands assignment, buffers, custom questions and rescheduling links are built in. Seminar registration handles multiple sessions with capacity and deadlines. Registrants get confirmations, reminders and thank-you emails automatically. Zoom Webinar and Teams webinar registration and attendance import are supported, and paid seminars can collect ticket fees through Stripe. Forms cover contact, info requests and surveys, and respondents can go straight on to a booking page. Every booking, registration and response keeps its first and last source, and tracking links show clicks and bookings for each email, ad or business card. Madoake works in English and Japanese. Guests see pages and emails in their own language, and you can run several brands from one account. Notifications go to email, Slack or Teams, and records can flow to Notion and Brevo. Instead of a support desk, Madoake exposes an MCP server: connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant, and it can create pages, change settings and answer how-to questions from the built-in help. Start with a 14-day free trial of every feature, no card required, then stay on the Free plan or upgrade. Paid plans start at ¥3,000/month (about $20).
