**What do you like best about MadCap IXIA CCMS (formerly IXIASOFT DITA CCMS)?**

For an experienced user, this is a powerful especially when dealing with a huge content repository. A feature rich authoring environment with strong capabilities for tagging, content reuse, and cross-referencing.

**What do you dislike about MadCap IXIA CCMS (formerly IXIASOFT DITA CCMS)?**

It is a little overwhelming to use use the product especially the user interface.The UI could be more friendlier.

**What problems is MadCap IXIA CCMS (formerly IXIASOFT DITA CCMS) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manage product documentation with proper formatting that can be published in multiple formats at once. The app enables me to create content once and reuse them as required.
