The ease of use and integration. From installation onwards it was completely straightforward, I was using it within 5 minutes and getting the results I wanted for cloning hard drives to update old PCs. It just had a slide across action, couple of clicks and then it was doing all the hard work for me. I would have spent days of my life doing this without using Macrium, instead it's just been chugging away in my office, cloning my drives, honestly could not have been easier. Their support team. The application has very little to know issues. Some of the most complex Backup and Restore options are with laptops and moving between a Single drive to a RAID drive and retain your image. Macrium has this issue covered and any issues I have had the support team is there to quickly solve and walk you through the process. Been using it over 10 years and have deployed Macrium at over 6 companies that use it consistently. The backups are easy and the restore process when on the same machine has a complete script that restores the machine and reboots all automatically with little to no user interaction, this means you can also do them remotely, which is not typically something other backup and restore applications offer.
