the software has a straightforward user interface for single users, the setup is fast and the value of being able to retrieve from backup is priceless. the management interface had seen revisions in development, making it confusing for user to follow, if they were to use it to mass-monitor multiple installations. What stands out about Macrium Backup & Restore is how consistently it handles recovery. We’ve tested it across multiple restore scenarios on control systems, and the results have been reliable every time. MAcrium is straight forward on its usage, which makes it easy for anyone. We use it once a month for our regular monthly backups. It was easy to get going - just install and away you go. The number of features offered are perfect for us, especially when creating plans and the additional customisation options when creating backup naming conventions. So, we have been using Macrium Reflect from v6 and it has saved our virtual bacon many times. The Rescue Disk ISO has been a godsend to boot inattentive servers and workstations and being able to bypass rights and assign drive letters for partitions inside the image is insanely helpful. I love how easy Macrium Backup and Restore is to use. It can also be very easy to put in place during first implementation. I have not had to use customer support very much but my other co workers have had nothing terrible to say. We as a company also use it very often through our many clients.
