Helped me learn to use a Mac or Apple computer. Was easy to learn Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MacPractice MD? Font was very small. The insurance portions were slightly confusing at first regarding primary benificiary and dependants. Only used with apple or mac computers, so its a big change if you're not familiar with Apple layout or keystrokes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering MacPractice MD: If you use Apple or Mac compuyers this is user friendly. The interface was good and it's one of the best I've seen for mac operating systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MacPractice MD? It didn't allow for the types of reports I needed to print out for evaluating my key performance indicators. I also didn't like that when switching to a new software, you have to manually download each individual case for each patient. There are no batch or bulk downloads of patient files. Self explanatory. Within one day, I was able to figure out how to navigate the system. I also love that it was very customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
