This is NOT a Best situation. MacPractice has become much worse. Have used the original software when it was MediMac. the fact that I have to take so many step to leave a review has nothing to do with safety. It is all about making it difficult to prvide reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MacPractice MD? Service - the lack of IT service. The need to be held hostage hoping/waiting for IT to return a call. If MP returns a call and you do not pick up the call from MacPractice, you get recycled until "someone" from MP calls back. You are directed to the CHAT function which is not what consumers that are paying thousands of dollars for customer suport. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
