"Front desk" 5/5 What do you like best about MacPractice DDS? I like that the calendar is always showing in the corner of the screen, I like a lot about MP, one of the best things is the calendar. The e prescribe is a bit hard to use for all workers, there is difficulty in sending it out unless you are the doctor yourself, most of us are front desk and do not know names. Any issue we report is immediately addressed and we are advised how to move forward and are always solving the sign-in and sign-out issues we had previously. You do a great job.
