## Achieve Reviews
  ### 1. Rich Psychology Resources and Great Support, with Room for Better Rubric Grading

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jhotisha M. | Associate Teaching Professor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

Achieve offers a lot of resources for my Introductory Psychology courses, including adaptive quizzes, videos, flashcards, and chapter quizzes. It’s a great tool for students to practice test-taking, check their learning, and access additional information when they need it. The Achieve website is easy to navigate and well laid out, so finding and using the different tools feels straightforward. I also appreciate features like read-aloud and highlighting for students. I’ve had very good support and onboarding help as well; the Achieve team has been quick to respond to my inquiries and has offered support in setting up my course each term.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

I appreciate the new feature to grade short answer questions. However, I would like to be able to integrate my own rubric with different levels for each grading category on Achieve. That way, if a student gives a somewhat good answer for one category, they can get part marks and the grading instructor or teaching assistant does not have to commit this half mark to memory while grading the rest of the answer.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Student engagement, providing student with different avenues and resources for learning and self-testing. Helping students set goals and learn about study strategies.

  ### 2. Seamless Integration and Dynamic Assignments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katrina O. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

I like that Achieve allows me to assign a variety of assignments, including reflection cases, which students have shared they enjoy. I appreciate that I can integrate Achieve into my LMS, My Courses, making sure students follow along and get the most out of the content through assignments and quizzes. I also enjoy the adaptive learning and quizzing features that Achieve offers. The types of assignments are great, and I can adjust and change PowerPoints, which I believe are up-to-date and relevant for students. I find the intro and post-survey beneficial to understand student progress, and I really enjoy the journal responses and short video participations that serve as discussion starters. Setting up Achieve was very easy with the support for integration and troubleshooting.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

Nothing I can readily think of that would cause me to not use it again, I've been using Achieve for several semesters.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I integrate Achieve into my LMS for assignments and quizzes, helping students follow along with readings. It allows quick grading and adaptive learning methods. Although it may not solve specific problems, it enhances teaching by providing tools for reflective student engagement.

  ### 3. Achieve: A Stable and Versatile Teaching Companion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mixalis P. | Director of the Office of Hellenic Studies, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

I love Achieve because it is technologically stable and easy to integrate with Brightspace, making my life easier because I never have to resolve issues that students may have. I love the stability, as well as the plethora and diversity of the psychology assignments. Whether I teach Introduction to Psych, Abnormal Psych, or Lifespan Development, Achieve provides me with a reliable platform. I've been a long-term user since COVID, and it has been awesome. The initial setup was very easy after watching a setup video. Achieve has made my life easier as a professor, allowing me to teach better, and the students love its versatility.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

The only thing that doesn't work for me is that the Safari browser blocks the pop-up window for Achieve activities when they are deeply integrated with Brightspace. I show the students how to easily fix it.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love Achieve because it's technologically stable and easy to integrate with Brightspace, making my teaching life easier. Its plethora of psychology assignments helps me teach courses like Introduction to Psych and Lifespan Development effectively. I teach better, and students love its versatility.

  ### 4. Versatile Tool for Academic Testing Needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philippe G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

I like that there's a lot of questions already premade for Achieve, which helps in limiting cheating with a huge pool of diverse questions. It's great because we can ask diverse questions to students, and it's easy to create our own questions. I also like that we can easily edit the premade questions, which makes it more personal to the classroom. I felt like it was easier to build my own questions in Achieve.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

I think there should be more options for once a test is done to make the test invisible to the students, but still visible to us as instructors, namely in the grade book. That is, the students can't see their grades, but we can see it in the grade book. It would be great if we could add our own graphical questions and also if we could have short answered questions corrected by Achieve.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achieve helps limit cheating with a large pool of questions and lets us create custom questions, making assessments diverse and personal.

  ### 5. Efficient, User-Friendly Tool for Enhancing English Skills

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yaisa M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

I like that Achieve is user-friendly, making it easy to create assignments. I appreciate having several assessments to choose from, which can be scaled from low to high stakes. Achieve helps me be efficient with course preparation and strengthens students' essays through its assessments. I also like that there are built-in essays, peer reviews, and rubrics. Achieve provides resources for logical fallacies, reading improvement, and a variety of assessments. It’s easy to set up without too many steps, and I enjoy learning about new features.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

I can assign points to the readings, but students can easily get the points by clicking on the text. I would like this feature to be more accurate reporting how much a student read instead of them clicking on the link.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Achieve for efficient course prep, and it strengthens students' essays with LearningCurve assignments. The range of assessments helps sharpen skills, and the built-in essays, peer reviews, and rubrics are great. It's user-friendly, easy to set up, and offers more resources than InQuizitives.

  ### 6. Seamless Blackboard Ultra Integration and a Wide Range of Assignments

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suzanne M. | faculty, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

Achieve links seamlessly to my college's LMS (Blackboard Ultra) so I am able to integrate assignments into my course materials easily. I like the range of assignments available for the textbook I use (quizzes, primary sources, maps, etc).

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

There isn't one specific thing I would name as a "downside" as my experience with Achieve have been overwhelmingly positive.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achieve provides a comprehensive series of assignments that my students can complete before, during, and/or after class to support our classroom learning.

  ### 7. Seamless Canvas Integration Makes Achieve Easy for Students and Faculty

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

My favorite feature is the integration into Canvas, which creates a great user experience for both students and faculty. Setup is easy, and then Achieve assignments can be accessed from Canvas, and Achieve grades sync back to Canvas.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

The Achieve interface can be a bit clunky (non-intuitive) at times.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Student engagement can be a challenge. Achieve provides scaffolded learning, with both formative and summative assessments that support the text materials in an engaging and easy-to-use way for students.

  ### 8. Achieve Makes the Writing Process Click—and Speeds Up Actionable Feedback

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

As a writing teacher, Achieve's writing tool highlights the recursive process of writing in a way that makes sense for student, helping them to see how each step of the process connects to the project as a whole. It also provides me a way of giving actionable feedback quickly just when students need it.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

Students sometimes have difficulty applying the Learning Curve activities to their actual writing process, but all of the lessons they need to succeed are well-covered. Customer support is not intuitive for students.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Achieve provides active and adaptive lessons that help my students engage with course material that they would simply skip over if it were assigned as textbook reading.

  ### 9. Sapling User Review

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2023

Assisting with the organization of employee onboarding tasks.

  ### 10. Sampling Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney R. | Senior Service Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

The user-friendliness of the system. It is very easy to manage and navigate.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

I think there are differences in each company. I would like to see more interface integration with other systems.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sampling allows my team to easily navigate to see the hierarchy of the company. Find various other resources needed.

  ### 11. Easy once you learn how to use, not intuitive

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robby B. | Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

I like how once all is set up, the on and offboarding experience is easy. Take longer than expected to learn

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

Take longer than expected to learn, not very intuitive

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sapling helps wiht our onboarding training. Easy to use as a user, hard to learn as a admin. This has helped check boxes for new hire training.

  ### 12. pretty good app

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas A. | Senior Visual Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

easyfull to use and very intuitive process

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

layout is a little messy and could be helpful to become even more intuitive

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

supporting data-driven decisions

  ### 13. Sapling - Learning Platform and good Communication

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suman R. | Senior Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

Sapling As a learning platform is very interactive with the students and it offers a quality education online with advanced techniques like 3D Diagrams and stuff. It also offer many Assignments to the students so that they can have better understanding of the concept and the subject.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

The main thing I dislike about the sapling is the inital login details as is take more time and also it asks to set three security questions, I mean what the use of three questions. The chat box features need updates as it always remains open and does not provides any means to close it.

**Recommendations to others considering Achieve:**

yes I recommend using Sapling Learning for education purpose as you can enroll yourself into many courses and learn good stuff online from any corner of the world. It can also be used for on boarding activity and maintaing good communications in the firm between the Co-workers.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in storing the data of the employees of the newly boarded workers and helps in making good communication between them.

  ### 14. Sapling Learning for Organic Chemistry Course

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2019

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

Sapling Learning is useful for completing homework for online courses. I loved the feedback tips that would pop up if you answered a question incorrectly. This helped me keep on track with my homework and tackle the question in a new way. I also appreciated the solutions tab available to view after correctly answering a questions. Within the solutions tab, there's an "explanation" tab that is extremely helpful for solidifying understanding of difficult questions. Their customer support is very helpful and prompt, too.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

Drawing molecules for organic chemistry is far easier to simply do with a pencil and paper. With the sapling learning drawing tools, I seem to spend more time formatting the molecule to ensure the system would recognize it as correct instead of focusing on learning the chemistry. Sapling thankfully provides resources to assist students with drawing nuances.

**Recommendations to others considering Achieve:**

Remember to enable Adobe Flash player when completing the homework, especially when using Chrome!

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sapling allows me to complete homework for an online course from a university thousands of miles away. This system helps students connect with instructors at distant sites.

  ### 15. Better educational suite

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2018

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

Sapling learning has much more interactive qualities than most other educational suites, including 3-D diagrams, multi-step questions as well as color-coded grades for assignments that update immediately.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

The lack of leniency in question grading often creates a lot of complaints from students. This is frustrating as each question is graded differently, so often getting a multiple-choice question wrong will drop the grade much faster than a synthesis question, or "shot answer" question.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Homework and textbook bundling is much easier than using paper for over 1000 organic chemistry students.

  ### 16. Good tool to help with learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2018

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

The fact that each question lets you try more than once before not giving you any points at all for the homework.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

How picky some of the answers can be which I understand on an exam a professor would be picky, it's just kind of hard to make arrows exact when using a computer.

**Recommendations to others considering Achieve:**

Very conveinent for professors to use as it grades the questions right away and students get feedback on homework immediately.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy homework for students for various classes and a good learning tool for review before exams or topics discussed in class that need further practice.

  ### 17. Good software for company org

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Aviation & Aerospace | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2018

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

That you could easily look at organization charts, people working in different groups...

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

I saw "Tasks" and "Documents" section on the software but it's not of much use -- they are too simple.

**Recommendations to others considering Achieve:**

for a nice and clean org chart profile, it is a good choice

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business org charts and company history updates. Helpful for onboarding employees

  ### 18. Sapling is great

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunanda N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 31, 2018

**What do you like best about Achieve?**

It is very user-friendly and easy to implement. Very less learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Achieve?**

It slows down a bit when there are new updates. This makes workflow rather difficult. Students have complaints about the questions sometimes being very difficult.

**Recommendations to others considering Achieve:**

User-friendly and easy to navigate tool. Use it. It makes life a lot easier if the class size is very big.

**What problems is Achieve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has made grading really a breeze. It helps students focus on the course materials and build on their concepts. It is great for students who learn from question answer perspective to understand concepts.
