**What do you like best about CloudApper Facilities?**

After researching 9 different visitor tracking platforms, we went with VisitorTrack. The price was competitive, the customer service was outstanding.

**What do you dislike about CloudApper Facilities?**

There are leads that come through, even filling out forms, but there's no record of it in VT. If the company's IP address is blocked or if it's a really small company, it won't show up on the report.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudApper Facilities:**

Check around on pricing, but we found their prices competitive. 

**What problems is CloudApper Facilities solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see who is on our website, what pages they visited, and how long they stayed. I can see the company name, address, and all contact information. I can also get customer emails and phone numbers!

**What do you like best about CloudApper Facilities?**

i really like the contact portion for my prospecting tool, it has helped drastically and i like the ease of it and all the contacts that are show.

**What do you dislike about CloudApper Facilities?**

I dislike the fact that not all numbers aren't direct which defeats the whole purpose of the tool

**What problems is CloudApper Facilities solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i am solving problems like increasing sales due to direct contact with CFO's and CEO's
