m2 solution is a modular ERP software for Swiss small and medium-sized businesses, developed by m2 software GmbH in Baar, Switzerland. It covers customer management, quotes, orders and invoices, projects, time and service tracking, contract management with recurring billing, and document storage. Six packages build on each other, from m2 factura (invoicing) to m2 the machine, which reads receipts with AI and posts them automatically. Interfaces connect to Topal, bexio and Suiteify ONE 50 for accounting, ePost SmartSend and pingen for mailing, and Zefix for company data. On-premise installations can be connected to AI assistants such as Claude via MCP (Model Context Protocol). m2 solution runs in the cloud with data hosted in Switzerland, on your own server or as a hybrid. Industry solutions are available for service companies, fiduciaries, facility management, and construction and trades. Certified «swiss made software».
