m2 Remote Support is remote support software for teams that want to keep their data under their own control. The server runs on your premises, on Windows with IIS or on Linux, under your own domain. Screen, input and files travel end-to-end encrypted between the team app and the customer's PC. Nothing is recorded, and no data ends up with third parties, including us. Customers start the customer app without installation or admin rights, approve the session and can end it at any time. For maintenance without anyone present, a device can be approved once for unattended access; every access stays visible to the customer. For your team: a team app with saved customers, team features and several sessions at once; admin mode for UAC prompts, lock screen and Ctrl+Alt+Del; reconnect after reboot; file transfer, shared clipboard, multiple monitors; your own branding on the download page and customer app; automatic updates; four languages.
