M³ is an accounts-payable automation tool that performs three-way invoice matching — checking every invoice against its purchase order and goods receipt — on a company's own server rather than in the cloud. Invoices can be pasted in, uploaded directly, or picked up automatically from a labeled email folder, and each one is checked against eleven independently configurable match criteria. Invoices that pass move straight through; any exception is routed to a human review queue with the specific reason flagged, rather than a generic mismatch notice. Approved invoices write back to the company's existing accounting or ERP system — fully automatically for Zoho Books, and in a match-and-confirm mode for Tally, Odoo, and any system reachable through a generic REST connector. Invoice-reading can run on a locally hosted AI model, so invoice contents, vendor bank details, and tax identifiers never leave the company's network; a hosted AI provider can be selected instead at any time from settings, for companies that prefer it. The product generates six exportable reports in place of manual spreadsheet reconciliation, and is intended to catch fraud or duplicate billing before an invoice is paid rather than after. Licensing is organized into three tiers — a single-team tier, a tier for higher invoice volumes and additional ERP connectors, and an OEM/reseller tier for partners who want to bundle or resell the product. The first two tiers carry a three-seat minimum, with a ten-day grace period if a company temporarily exceeds its seat count. No price list is published; pricing is quoted directly per company. A free 30-day trial (or 100 processed invoices, whichever comes first) is available with every feature unlocked and no sales conversation required to start it, in either a single-user edition or a multi-user, container-based server edition. The product is built by North19 Technologies, a Mumbai, India-based company that builds on-premise business software for companies that prefer to own their software outright rather than run it as a subscription in someone else's cloud.
