Many things I don't like about M-Files right now is the descrepencies between different versions of M-Files available. If you are used to work with the Desktop version and made several customatization, it may not be compatible with the new desktop version. Even with the New Desktop version, you can perform some actions that are not available with the web version.

so far everything is going relly well and i havent come across anyhting that I would consider a downside yet.
