What I like most is how easy it is to find documents without having to remember exactly where they were saved. You just search based on what the file is about, and it usually shows up right away. That’s been a big help for our team, especially when dealing with multiple versions or projects running in parallel. What do you dislike about M-Files? To be honest, the interface didn’t feel very intuitive at first—it’s not the most modern-looking tool. Took me a bit of time to get used to how things are organized. Also, setting up some of the workflows required a bit of trial and error. But once you understand how it works, it does the job well.
