"Effortless AI Agent Building with Powerful, Developer-Friendly Tools"
4/5
What do you like best about Lyzr.ai?

I appreciate how Lyzr simplifies the process of building useful AI agents, avoiding unnecessary complexity. During their “Personalized Resume Builder Agent” session, I was able to create something practical in real time, which was impressive. The integration of Knowledge Base, Memory, and Context features works seamlessly, giving the agent a sense of intelligence and consistency. I also value the clean user interface and the flexibility to select LLM models according to performance and cost needs. Overall, Lyzr strikes a great balance between simplicity and power, making it very developer-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lyzr.ai?

There’s nothing significant that I dislike, but there are a few aspects that could be improved. Some of the more advanced features, such as Safe & Responsible AI and the Hallucination Manager, would benefit from more comprehensive documentation and additional examples. As the platform is expanding rapidly, some UI elements occasionally feel somewhat new or experimental. While these issues don’t prevent me from using the platform, having more tutorials and practical, real-world templates would greatly enhance the overall experience. "Makes building AI agents faster and less painful"
4/5
What do you like best about Lyzr.ai?

I like how straightforward it is to get started. You don’t feel lost or overwhelmed when you log in. It’s easy to build and test AI agents without worrying too much about the backend or infrastructure. It feels like the platform is built for people who want to actually try things out, not just read docs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lyzr.ai?

Some parts still feel like they’re in progress. Documentation isn’t always very detailed, so sometimes you have to figure things out on your own. A few features could be more polished, especially when something doesn’t work and you’re trying to understand why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, simple, and developer-friendly AI agent platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Lyzr.ai?

Lyzr.ai makes building AI agents extremely simple. The platform feels lightweight, fast, and very developer-friendly. I really like how quickly I can set up flows, test different agent behaviours, and integrate them into my existing apps. The documentation is clear, and the overall experience feels smooth, even for complex use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lyzr.ai?

I still need to rely on other tools like Lovable or Bolt for certain parts of my workflow because Lyzr.ai doesn’t give the complete end-to-end setup yet. Also, the web-crawling feature struggles with recently updated or newly crawled websites, so I don’t always get fresh data when I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Low-Code AI Agents with Seamless CRM Integration and Enterprise-Grade Security"
4/5
What do you like best about Lyzr.ai?

The low-code/no-code platform makes it incredibly easy to build and deploy AI agents without extensive programming knowledge. I really appreciate the pre-built agent frameworks and the seamless integration with our existing CRM and enterprise systems. The enterprise-grade security and built-in responsible AI features give us confidence in deploying these agents in production. The multi-agent automation capabilities have significantly streamlined our workflows, especially for customer support and data analysis tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lyzr.ai?

The documentation could be more comprehensive - I often find myself doing trial and error which sometimes wastes credits. It would be great to have more detailed guides and examples for complex use cases. Additionally, while the platform offers many features, I'd like to see more advanced customization options for agents and better support for certain niche integrations. The initial demo setup took a couple of days which was slightly longer than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Developer Velocity with Smart Abstraction"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lyzr.ai?

What stands out most about Lyzr.ai is its emphasis on enhancing developer velocity and providing effective abstraction. The platform is designed to greatly decrease both the time and complexity involved for businesses when building and deploying enterprise-level Generative AI applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lyzr.ai?

Although Lyzr.ai presents itself as a robust solution for speeding up the creation of enterprise-level AI applications, independent reviews and user feedback highlight several potential drawbacks for users. The main issues raised tend to focus on the quality of documentation, pricing, the steepness of the initial learning curve, and the overall range of tools available within its ecosystem. "Solid Low-Code Solution for Building AI Agents"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lyzr.ai?

The low-code approach really stands out for me. I appreciate being able to build and deploy AI agents without needing extensive coding expertise, which has allowed our team to move much faster on automation projects. The built-in safety features like the toxicity controller and sensitive data handler give us confidence when deploying agents in production. The multi-agent orchestration capability has been particularly useful for handling our complex, multi-step workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lyzr.ai?

There's definitely an initial learning curve to familiarize yourself with all the features and customization options. The documentation could be more comprehensive in some areas. While the platform offers solid integrations, the range of third-party platforms supported could be expanded– we've had to work around some limitations when connecting to our legacy systems. Also, it feels like it's still in its early days and evolving its identity, so some features feel more polished than others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really easy to pick up"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lyzr.ai?

I’ve been using Lyzr.ai for small class prototypes and it’s actually been fun — made a FAQ agent for a club event in one evening. What I like best is how it doesn’t hide what the agent is doing, so I could explain the logic in my presentation. The most helpful bit is rapid iteration; I could tweak prompts and re-run in minutes. Setup and integrations were painless, and community support was helpful. A couple of ready-made student templates would’ve helped during my lab demo, ngl. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lyzr.ai?

Lyzr.ai is great for quick experiments, but the credit limits can slow down exploration — especially for students who love to test and tweak often. I wish there were a dedicated student or academic plan that gave more room to experiment freely without worrying about usage caps. Some advanced workflows also take a bit of trial and error to figure out since the documentation feels a little surface-level in parts. It’s not a dealbreaker, but with more learning resources and flexible credit options, Lyzr could be a perfect hands-on AI sandbox for beginners and curious minds. "Effortless AI Agent Building with Lyzr.ai, but Needs More Customization Options"
5/5
What do you like best about Lyzr.ai?

What I like best about Lyzr.ai is how simple it makes building AI agents. There is no heavy coding involved, and the no-code setup let me focus on designing the agent’s logic and personality instead of worrying about complex frameworks. It feels like bringing an idea to life effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lyzr.ai?

The only thing I’d say could improve is customization flexibility. While the no-code setup is great, sometimes I wished for a bit more control over advanced configurations or integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
