**What do you like best about Lytics?**

I think the UI is fairly easy to navigate and intuitive. 

**What do you dislike about Lytics?**

It sometimes takes FOREVER for audiences to load, to create audiences, and for CSV files to be sent to me. 

**Recommendations to others considering Lytics:**

We liked it so much we recommended that our our centralized team implement it across all of our subsidiaries. 

**What problems is Lytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to create look-a-like audiences for display advertising using Lytics data. We're able to easy integrate these audiences into Facebook. We also use Lytics for if/then campaigns on our website and to send suppression files of buyers to our email affiliates.

**What do you like best about Lytics?**

I love the ability to target web ads by behavior across our multiple channels and especially made use of  various target keywords. Felt the functionality is very easy to implement/use.

**What do you dislike about Lytics?**

I feel that there is not as much flexibility with adding creative elements to modules and would have like to be able to select placement on a specific area of the site rather than having to select by article pages.

**What problems is Lytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do struggle with placements as various teams are implementing modules at a given time in addition to prestitial ads, dynamic reg forms, etc. running through our CMS system. This is not always optimal for user experience.

Offering more personalized content to audience based upon content affinities

**What do you like best about Lytics?**

The ability to tie together your customer data, distill potential behaviour patterns and content affinity and to subsequently build out meaningful segments.

**What do you dislike about Lytics?**

The system is very back end oriented. The UX/UI needs to be expanded to follow a marketers use case. For instance a visual journey explorer would be a huge benefit. Also a trigger enabled journey builder would allow much quicker and easier way to leverage the raw power of the platform.

**What problems is Lytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understand better our 1) customer segments and 2) journeys as well as 3) custom ad targeting. We've seen benefits in in 1 and 3 but are struggling with 2.

Optimise your RLSA activity with Lytics, identify high value audiences and clearly organise your lists to test.

Targeting high-value audiences that have not converted yet. CPA reduced

I like the fact that it allows us to gain better insights into what our audience are interested in. The fact that these audiences can then be used for targeting across different platforms is also valuable.

**What do you dislike about Lytics?**

I think we still need more buy in from our media agencies to enable us to get better value from it.

Well worth considering.

It enables us to create a permanent record of our customers and website visitors. This is helpful for us giving us a better understanding of who we will have most success in targeting going forward.

Lytics is a powerful tool to aid cross channel marketing. 

**What do you dislike about Lytics?**

The tool has limited functionality for email marketing and it has been a slow integration into our ESP.

Cross channel marketing, customer stitching, email segmentation, targeted marketing, personalized content/communications.

Its very useful to present content to a customer for which they have a high affinity.

Difficult and time consuming to customize.

Being able to identify returning visitors and present that with the right message at the right time. This is leading to greater engagement.

All the possibilities with tracking, metrics and marketing. I especially like the real time calculations of counts while building lists.

Taking a little while for me to learn everything.

Dealing with the lytics team has been great they offer help every step of the way.

**What do you dislike about Lytics?**

With such a powerful tool it can be difficult sometimes to know where to start. The software helps with this by providing some easy to use tools like popups etc. But some more guidance or tutorials would help.

We help clients to implement customer data platforms and leverage insights into their customers behaviours and preferences.

Simple UI, machine-learning algos very interesting.

Really slow and difficult to get the tool implemented. No real a/b testing capabilities.

Great with stitching  together profiles from different platforms.
