For my purposes, this was not an easy program to use and a lot of the training didn't apply to how I use this on a day-to-day basis. Lytho has some interface UI/UX issues I have reported to the development team. A broad example is that a task can be completed in one area such as collections, however the same task cannot be completed in another such as Brand Center Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hands down the customer service! From on-boarding to continued support, it's something I haven't seen that the competitors can match. Compared to something like cc libraries that Adobe has, there are definitely some features that would be nice to have. Some features are slow to roll, if possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ability to set statuses in Lytho and the timer feature when I'm working on tasks. I can set a status on a project myself or change it if I feel that I'm done with it already. For the timer feature, I like that I can turn it on to track how long it takes me to do a project. It does a great job at organizing projects and keeping them in a workflow so I don't have to think about who to send things to. It was really easy to understand for me when I first got here. The only thing I don't like is that when you put something into a proof, the default is for a dark screen. This makes for a difficult user experience for people reviewing proofs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The DAM is too restrictive for what we want to do. Most of the projects we have worked on Lythos could not support and we needed to find a workaround. In many cases we needed to put a Sharepoint site in front of lythos so we could use the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I appreciate most about Lytho is the transparency it provides to our clients throughout every stage of their submission. It also offers a single platform for both our clients and our team, making sure everyone stays aligned. Additionally, I have to mention how impressive the metrics are that I can generate for leadership—they truly stand out! Lastly, customer support is always quick to respond. Unfortunately, it often takes quite a while for the updates we need to be implemented in Lytho. Our requests are added to a wish list, and unless many customers want the same feature, it can take months for any changes to actually happen—if they happen at all. I also wish there were more flexibility for customers to modify certain features, like the approval statuses for proofs, since the current options can't be edited. I don't care for the new review layout. All comments showing up on the right-hand side is confusing, harder to keep track of where I am at. Also noticing that sometimes if I click on a comment it's not jumping me to that page/location like it should. Also, when submitting a review it's really annoying that I have to make sure I select "all assets" or whatever it is since we mostly work in multiple-page documents. Also having to hit "submit" multiple times is annoying and when introducing new users they typically forget to hit "submit" that last time so then their review isn't complete and I have to ask them about it. Do not like that you are unable to edit a review route after it has started, that has caused some hiccups for us. I also think that collaboration after return should ALWAYS be on. I really appreciate the creative layout of Lytho; it’s a creative project management software, and its design reflects that creativity. It's easy to navigate, which simplifies managing tasks and projects effectively. What I love most is having everything associated with a project in one place. This centralization is incredibly beneficial as it ensures that all teams, including marketing, sales, designers, LP&E, and digital departments, can view and understand the project's status by looking at the tasks. Everyone can easily access their assets and working files, making collaboration seamless. Additionally, it’s advantageous to look back at previous years and see the work we've accomplished, aiding in both evaluation and planning. I think the review dashboard has improved but still causes confusion because it doesn't link to the project request form, Stakeholders sometimes have no idea what review is associated to what project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
