It's not totally clear from the question, but the email I received with this link said this survey was specific to the DAM. I love the workflow side of Lytho and can provide tons of feedback about that, but I'm less enthusiastic about the DAM. My answers here and the ones that follow are based on the DAM.

I like that it integrates with our workflow tool and I'm optimistic about some of the AI features coming out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The upload and download times are long. I wish there were more ways to control the experience by internal audience. Some of the gymnastics required to what different groups can see is a little complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the level of user-friendliness of both the DAM and the Brand Centre from Lytho, which I find incredibly pleasant and clear. Sharing assets is very easy, and I can gain a lot of insight into who is very active and with what. Furthermore, I greatly appreciate the support from Lytho. Sometimes I find Lytho limited in the options for blocking parts/not sharing options, and I miss a functionality that adds or removes scheduled permissions. Furthermore, it is sometimes difficult that you can only 'add' people through permissions, but it would also be nice to be able to 'exclude' people. So certain assets are NOT visible to group x. The team is so great to work with! We have recently been reworking our forms and they have been amazing, helpful, speedy and patient with the process. I gave them a direction, they set up a meeting with me to talk about what we are aiming for, made helpful suggestions and finished within 2 days (even though they said it would take 8 business days). Once they created everything, I realized it wouldn't quite help our clients so I asked if we can review it all again and they were super patient and worked with me to do just that! We've worked with Lytho for about 5 yrs now and we have a lot of archived projects now. It's becoming difficult to searched for those past projects and wish there was more of a filter search function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. It also offers plenty of options to customize and manage incoming requests, which really helps keep our team organized and on top of everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The DAM has had a few bugs, especially when uploading video files. It would also be helpful to be able to preview videos while browsing. Right now, it’s difficult to identify specific assets because we have multiple variations that all look the same at a glance. I like the amount of things we can report, integrations with PowerBi and other systems we plan to use, it's easy to use, and customer service is typically extremely responsive - I can ask a million questions and they'll try their best to have a solution for everything. There are random times when workflow runs slow and increases our downtime. We also had issues with reporting on fields and there wasn't a solution to fix the older projects that were affected besides manual work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Assets are easy to find by adding tags. You can store a lot of additional information using custom fields and metadata. It’s also very nice to be able to link quitclaim documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s a pity that the program isn’t available in Dutch. The Help Center, in particular, can be a bit harder to understand at times, especially when you’re still trying to find your way around the program. It’s also a shame that administrators can only be added to one group. Recently, I realized that I wasn’t seeing certain photos uploaded by colleagues. It turned out that this was because, as an administrator, I was in a different group. In a large organization like ours, there are many different departments, and I want to be able to place users in different groups. And as an administrator, I want to be able to view images from all groups. I also find it very unfortunate that “Description” cannot be set as a required field. Some of the proofs in the reviews display strangely when I use Safari. For example, transparencies and drop shadows show up as solid shapes, and some gradients appear as completely different colors than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Lytho Workflow to streamline the review of our creative assets and Lytho DAM to manage our images, videos, and brand assets. Workflow allows us to get efficient feedback on creative assets and keeps feedback organized. Lytho is easy to use, almost anyone can figure it out without training. The integration with Adobe products makes creative design work easier. We switched to Lytho DAM because it allows us to seamlessly upload and download approved assets in Lytho Workflow, and it's more cost-effective. We need to be able to approve page-by-page in proof reviews vs. the three options we have today (APPROVED AS IS, APPROVED WITH CHANGES, and CHANGE AND RESUBMIT). There are many times, I need to reply that page 2 out of the four (example) is not needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
