Even our less tech-savvy stakeholders can find what they’re looking for after a quick briefing on tags. The tag-based organization makes it easy to locate assets in multiple ways, and we also rely on shared links to route and traffic assets. Our brand guides are housed in the Lytho DAM as well. It’s straightforward to create customized mini brand guides from our main guide, so we can share only the information a vendor partner needs without giving away our entire brand identity. Over the last couple of years, we’ve also gotten more involved with Tempo. The templates help stakeholders and non-designers create assets from approved, constrained layouts, which saves our designers from repetitive tasks. **What do you dislike about Lytho?** We have had some issues with bugs in the DAM, especially with tags not being searchable and older Tempo templates being inconsistent/"breaking". All comments showing up on the right-hand side is confusing, harder to keep track of where I am at. Also noticing that sometimes if I click on a comment it's not jumping me to that page/location like it should. Also, when submitting a review it's really annoying that I have to make sure I select "all assets" or whatever it is since we mostly work in multiple-page documents. Also having to hit "submit" multiple times is annoying and when introducing new users they typically forget to hit "submit" that last time so then their review isn't complete and I have to ask them about it. Do not like that you are unable to edit a review route after it has started, that has caused some hiccups for us.
