I love that Lyssna allows us to bring our own audience, this way we can make use of our list of "engaged users" that have opted-in to collaborating with us, giving us feedback & input on solutions we're testing, or our existing app & its usability today. It's VERY easy to use & implement the test. The customer support is very attentive. We use Lysnna relatively infrequently, but will definitely be leaning on it more & more as our UX team ramps up. I really wish it would allow us to create slightly longer tests with the free / guest plan, but I'm aware that it's asking for a lot.
