"Solid, scalable and reliable solution for data ETL"
4.5/5
What do you like best about lyftrondata?

Very long list of connectors to applications (SaaS and otherwise) and databases. UI-driven approach to manage, build and monitor ETL processes. Much easier to use than Scribe, Boomi, etc. Has the ability to function as a database host itself, and transform inbound SQL queries into OData, etc. real time. Executes extremely fast (1MM Odata records into Azure SQL in 20 min). Flexible and inventive team can create additional connectors and work with both technical and non-technical users to achieve results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lyftrondata?

Flexible and small team. Comes with benefits (flexibility) but sometimes challenged when competing with larger players just due to being more of a startup/early revenue firm. Shouldn't keep you from doing business with them since the solution is great - just be aware of their size vs. competition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Daily tasks made easy with the self-service data management portal."
5/5
What do you like best about lyftrondata?

Lyftron showed the possibility of parsing complex data and its types like Json files and XML. We don’t have to depend on external servers but can make good use of our own to make meaning out of big data. We are not even worried about security or getting lost in the data since we are equipped with tagging functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lyftrondata?

GitHub is still not fully integrated. Lyftron must look into it with high priority. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust data lineage model that gives utmost control!"
5/5
What do you like best about lyftrondata?

Lyftron offers data encryption AND data tagging! Ever since we faced a data security compromise in our organization in the past, encryption was our key requirement. But as the business has been growing, and so is the data volumes, we wanted a usable data catalogue too. Both safety and usability in one package is rare OR very expensive. With Lyftron it’s workable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lyftrondata?

We need more clarity on understanding data catalogs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smart transition from traditional to modern data governance"
5/5
What do you like best about lyftrondata?

We wanted a smart interface for transitioning from traditional data governance to modern cloud infrastructure, knowing about the latter’s edge in data control, source-target integration and BI rendering possibilities. After researching about at least 10 players and even unsuccessfully using one of them for a short time, we finally shortlisted Lyftron -- simply because it offered us all these key features just as we wanted them. Lyftron opens up incredible integration possibilities with sources like Azure SQL DB, RDS and Facebook. Their speed of data transition and syncing with our BI tools was unimaginably high! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lyftrondata?

A little lack of clarity if I wished to continue my legacy systems with cloud infrastructure both working in parallel. I still wonder even though I don't want that setup anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A smart data hub for several data sources boosting Looker usage"
5/5
What do you like best about lyftrondata?

We loved how Lyfron replicates databases without any traditional ETL workflow hassles. It acts as a unique data source (for all data) for BI tools like Looker that we have. All data sets get available in a categorized form in one place. We use Looker more productively than ever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lyftrondata?

Detailed logging is not entirely possible. Else everything works great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Data Warehouse made more logical and smarter by Lyftron!"
5/5
What do you like best about lyftrondata?

Lyftron makes data replication smarter by applying dynamic data-masking, something that we always wanted to avoid unwanted exposure while data management. It further gives flexible row access security with tagging feature. This not only enhances the security further, but it also makes the data more easily ‘divable’.

Their robust integration with key players like Snowflake, Amazon RDS, SQL and SAP HANA makes it a complete package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lyftrondata?

Nothing, I am happy with solutions provided by Lyftron. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impressive journey from Oracle GoldenGate to Lyftron"
5/5
What do you like best about lyftrondata?

Lyftron has a smart feature of reading logs to do a performance evaluation. Thus choosing Lyftron resulted in our Company gaining 4x speed of what we had with Oracle GoldenGate. What we liked even better is that it can perform Oracle 12c replication and also retain type-2 history without needing manual intervention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lyftrondata?

It supports most of the data sources, as compared to any other service providers, however still has scope for complete integration with Azure solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Superior data management with reasonable costs"
5/5
What do you like best about lyftrondata?

We have an advanced encryption option to safeguard our confidential data with Lyftron. The automated data type mapping keeps detecting and loading incremental data to the target. The impact on source systems can be imagined huge, but Lyftron does this without frustrating or overloading the source systems. This gives full control to our data and literally ‘live updates’ to our analytics team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lyftrondata?

I find the user interface a bit too peppy and futuristic. I cannot use all of it at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Migration of multi-sourced colossal amounts of data made possible in a blink!"
5/5
What do you like best about lyftrondata?

Speed, accuracy & control! Our data and files get automatically connected with Lyftron. The data is then available almost real-time in our favorite analytics software too as they get loaded by Lyftron in a data-warehouse of OUR choice. Having a choice of our own data-warehouse was very important as it related with our budgets, IT infrastructure development goals and also our conventions. Thankfully, Lyftron supports most of data sources like Azure, Google big Query, Apache Spark, Experian, Amazon Redshift etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lyftrondata?

Nothing that i dislike. As of now I have great experience with Lyftron. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about lyftrondata?

I don't dislike anything about Lyftron in fact it automatically could connect with our data and files and could load them in a cloud data warehouse of our choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
