When you need to get a ride, you able to request on within a few minutes. I use it for my job and it was easy to implement. Your able to contact the customer service through a chat portal to avoid the hassel of calling andwaiting while your on a trip. **What do you dislike about Lyft Business?** What i least like about Lyft the most is that when you reach out to the customer serviceportal sometimes they take a little while to respong or appear but they are faster then calling support. I also disllike the price inflation at specific times. **What problems is Lyft Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issues Sunray Homecare was experiencing before using Lyft was we didn't have a personal driver to pick up caregivers and their clients from appointments etc. Now with using Lyft we are able to send our caregivers/patients in a taxi to their required destination. We are able to request, pay and mointor the ride the entire time which is great feature to have. Your also able to do ride sharing where one can share a ride heraded tyowards thw same location or direction and pay a lesser fee. ### 4. One being that is straightforward to go in and see all of the receipts for each trip and the memo note for what the trip was for and the cost. It has made expensing these trips very easy. We are able to make Lyft codes for visitors to our office and the unused amounts get added back to our credit card. It is a great benefit to have all of our traveling employees use one ride-share service and know we will access all the receipts in one place. ### 20. Also, a little tricky to make sure they arrive on time for pick up or for drop off. **What problems is Lyft Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can help arrange clients needing to get around out of town from one place to another by recommending lyft to them to get them to the appropriate place. ### 39. Lyft Concierge is provided as an option for clients that book the venue to offer their event attendees. Makes scheduling safe rides home easier. **What do you dislike about Lyft Business?** The drivers are still normal Lyft drivers and get stuck in traffic or cancel. **What problems is Lyft Business solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easily allowing clients to get to and from the venue conveniently and safely.
