this company has many unsatisfied clients, the recent client got charged on facebook ad, without permission granted to them. because spending 2k a month with less than 100$ return, i wanted to better allocate the capital, so i asked them to pause all the ads for a while, and Courtney agreed, but then they create new ads and started the campaign without permission granted. After negotiation, the company refused to refund the 600$ ad spend ( without permission to start the campaign) and those 600 ad spend only has less than half hundred return. never trust them, they will not admit their mistake Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
