What do you like best about Luzmo?

Cumul.io really focusses on having its dashboards embedded in tools or platforms. This focus ensures that cumul.io is easy to use, is easy to implement and has a payment model that -- compared to other BI tools -- actually makes sense. You don't need to pay per user. What do you dislike about Luzmo?

What do you like best about Luzmo?

Slick design and ease of use make Cumul.io a dream to work with. We've been looking for a reporting partner for Magnetic for many years, have tried many, but none have been on the same level as Cumul.io.

Besides a great product, the Cumul.io team has been a pleasure to work with, quick response times on support, and always looking for a solution to solve problems.

What do you like best about Luzmo?

The API is truly feature complete, and embedding is seamless. As good as the native UI is, the API is the real driver of this powerful platform. If you can imagine yourself performing a task in the UI, the API supports doing it dynamically from within your own application. Anything generated inside Cumul.io can be embedded in your application with ease, and not in an iframe like the majority of competitors. The speed and sophistication of the product are virtually unmatched when it comes to embedding and achieving a clean look. Elements generated in Cumul.io can be made to look like they truly belong in your site, unlike many other solutions which require odd templates and styling protocols to be used. The selection of visualizations is comprehensive enough to cover all reasonable use cases and enable rapid development of ad-hoc dashboards for quick analysis or story telling.

The staff at cumul.io are a pleasure to work with and are extremely knowledgeable and skilled in their craft. When they speak, we shut up and listen. What do you dislike about Luzmo?

It is truly difficult to think of anything negative that needs to be mentioned. The tools for traditional tabular reporting are somewhat rudimentary and limited, but they work very well at their intended purpose, which is to supplement the visualizations. However, Cumul.io has been very responsive to our requests for enhancements to these tools, delivering improvements quickly and reliably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Luzmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We searched for years for a framework we could use to construct basic tabular reports, sophisticated visualizations, and dashboards that could not only blend in with our visual styling, but could be adopted to our native security model, which supports a multi-tenant, multi-role, business to business platform. What do you like best about Luzmo?

The very easy way of adding widgets to the dashboard and to add data to it.

What do you dislike about Luzmo?

The limited amount of available widgets and options. For some things you need to be creative to achieve what you would like to see on your dashboard. For example displaying the time, conditional colors in a pivot table,... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Luzmo:

The program is easy to use. It is straightforward how to make your own dashboard and how to add data to the widgets that you have placed.

The filtering is very helpful and is connected to all the widgets. The design is appealing and colors can be changed. There is a possibility to make a connection with teamleader and other apps in order to get insight in teamleader (and other) data.

The dashboard can be shared with other people. It can as well be visualized on an external screen. It is possible to add additional formulae to your datasets. You can as well set the timing for synchronizing data. Although the minimal timing that can be selected is 1 hour, they were willing to set the refresh rate to 15 minutes for one dataset that really needs to be up to date.

What problems is Luzmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We created a dashboard to follow up the status of running simulations on a supercomputer. The benefits of using cumul.io for this is that all co-workers can visualize the dashboard, filter on their name or project, ...

"Great Tool for Quick and Simple Visualizations"

What do you like best about Luzmo?

I like the look and feel of the dashboards. Also, it is easy to customize the theme to align it with your other company presentations, etc. It has existing integrations with a big library of external tools and applications, which is very helpful and necessary. You can make very complicated dashboards that look great or very simple ones (e.g. just 1 table) that others in the company can access and not have to come to you all the time. What do you dislike about Luzmo?

Scrolling can be frustrating when the mouse is on top of a table. Charts aren't as flexible/powerful as Excel since you can't manually make any tweaks to data values or chart format. One challenge I have is tracking historical "snapshots" of data. I haven't found a way to create a monthly trend line, for example (if that monthly data is not stored in our database) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Luzmo:

The tool is great for setting up simple dashboards and letting automation do the dirty work of keeping them all up to date. My recommendation would be to start with a simple dashboard, integrate it with whatever other tools you are using, and go from there. Even simple dashboards can save 10 minutes per day or more. What problems is Luzmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I report on our sales metrics, sales revenue forecasting, sales prospecting analytics, and operational metrics for the company's platform (uptime, assets connected, etc.). What do you like best about Luzmo?

Cumul makes it easy to create and manage dashboards. But the real value they create is when you start embedding cumul in your own software. Imagine cumul as the google tag manager of charts, business data and insights.

Integrate once and adjust, add and remove dashboards on the fly.

If you would run into any issue while working with cumul, the team is always ready to help.

The investment/return rate is very high if you compare it with the implementation of a full dashboarding experience in-house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luzmo?

We've had some issue's in the beginning with data not showing up or long loading times. Luckily these problems are solved at this moment thanks to the platform growing more mature overtime and the help from the cumul team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Luzmo?

The program works very intuitive, and allows for quick analysis.The ease of creating different dashboards and making small changes in a copy of a dashboard really allows the freedom to play around and try different things without having to be afraid to mess up a good working dashboard. What do you dislike about Luzmo?

It's not so much cumul.io but more the link with our CRM tool, it only has an update every hour. So when discovering anomalies in the data it takes at least an hour to see the impact in cumul.io. If you want an easy tool to visualize data this is the program you need. It also has a lot of links to CRM software allowing for a smooth data syncing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Luzmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can have a clear sight of the current revenue, but can also have an estimated revenue based on formulas you can easly implement yourself. We use it also to track the status of deals per user, this allows us to contact the key account managers to ask for specific updates. A next option we are looking to use are the reports that can be sent by mail to give a weekly status overview of the deals for every key account manager. This way they get an simpel overview and know which contacts they have to contact that week for a status update of the deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
