It runs in the browser, with an interface in English and Spanish, and supports sending and receiving faxes within the United States and Canada. Every paid plan includes a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), signed online during signup. Each signed BAA comes with an evidence record and an OpenTimestamps proof. Once confirmed on the Bitcoin blockchain, the proof lets you independently verify that the signed document existed by the recorded timestamp. Page usage is based on the pages the carrier reports for each delivered fax, rather than 60-second blocks of transmission time. Failed and cancelled faxes do not count toward your allowance. Sent and received pages share one monthly allowance. There is no automatic overage billing. An email alerts you at 80% usage, and faxing continues past 100%. At 110%, sending and receiving pause until you add a page bundle or change plans. Bundles start at $15 for 500 pages and do not renew automatically. Fax notification emails contain neither the document nor its contents. You sign in to the app to access your faxes. Stored data is encrypted with LUKS2 (AES-256-XTS), and traffic between your browser and LuzardoFax servers uses TLS 1.2 or higher. Each account has an audit log, and two-factor authentication is available. Plans are billed month to month. Solo costs $25/month and includes 350 pages. Plus is $45/month, Team is $75/month with two users, and Business is $129/month with five individual logins, each with separate credentials and an audit trail. Additional logins are available on any paid plan for $10/month each. You can choose a new fax number or port an existing one. The app also includes an exit kit with the information needed to port your number to another provider. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required.
