Your hands are completly tied on analytics, tag management, snippets, anything to do with metadata or third party tools requiring any scripts added to the site (ie: GOOGLE). Chat support asked me what I want to add to the site and to literally paste it into the chat or place it in a text file and upload the text file to chat so they can do it for me.
