You are entirely dependent on their team **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2024 **What do you like best about Luxury Presence?** Customer service wait times are reasonable, but outside of that, not much. **What do you dislike about Luxury Presence?** Your hands are completly tied on analytics, tag management, snippets, anything to do with metadata or third party tools requiring any scripts added to the site (ie: GOOGLE). Chat support asked me what I want to add to the site and to literally paste it into the chat or place it in a text file and upload the text file to chat so they can do it for me. Zero ability to split test or actively monitor performance when you have to reach out for LP to manually add/edit/update everything. **What problems is Luxury Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's an out-of-the-box platform. A butchered Wordpress with less features. It's designed for someone with zero technical skills so you are dependent on their team for everything. ### 2. They have a great product that really stands out. **What do you dislike about Luxury Presence?** The have a very complicated customer service tree. They claim it's easy to sync listings to the MLS, yet they don't allow you to sync or unsync on your dashboard. You are at their mercy to wait for a response. I learn more about their feature rolls from their social media, versus as a customer why don't you email us and let us know what's new on the platform?
