Luxsci's customer service is fast; they have super-easy-to-follow templates for most set-ups; and any specific queries you have are answered in plain English with respect for non-specialists. **What do you dislike about LuxSci?** It is quite expensive. If you are using the web-based interface, you can't access more than one account through the same browser (though not a problem if you use an email client). **What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a functional and easy to use email provider. They also host some websites for our companies. ### 2. The software is very user-friendly. You are able to customize the display as well. **What do you dislike about LuxSci?** It is only available on the web. You have to use the service on a browser like chrome or safari. It would be beneficial if there was a mobile application. Viewing the service on a mobile device is a little hard. **What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?** LuxSci helped our business create a well-balanced workflow in terms of email outflow and the service is very easy to use. LuxSci has consistently provided me with the best customer service from any ESP I've ever dealt with. I've interacted with more than a few support people in the past, but LuxSci takes the cake overall. They're not going to indulge your every whim, but they will solve any problem and answer any question you may have, no matter how technically complex, and if they say "we'll get back to you with an answer later" they do. Every time. Moreover, LuxSci is exceedingly willing to listen to suggestions for improvements to their services, and I have personally had almost a handful of suggestions for their webmail interface be implemented in a matter of weeks. If you can think of a specific feature you'd like to see implemented, suggest it to support. If accepted as a feature that will benefit all customers, the chances are good that you'll see it implemented shortly. The services they offer are all rock-solid, and whenever a server needs an update or something crops up that requires urgent attention, LuxSci will be sure to let you know in advance, if possible. All in all a very professional company to do business with. **What do you dislike about LuxSci?** The web interface could use an update to match the best-in-class web interfaces today, but it's certainly functional and loaded with advanced features which makes up for its less than pretty appearance. Then again, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. **What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have used their email services in the past, and during that time, their support and also their development team were very open to suggestions for improvements. ### 8. Support folks seem to be US Based, speak English perfectly, have a positive attitude, and are patient. **What do you dislike about LuxSci?** I don't like that I can't call in requests, but since responses are generally very fast, it's not as much a pain point as other organizations. **What problems is LuxSci solving and how is that benefiting you?** Identifying a HIPAA compliant server for our healthcare clients in which private information may be exchanged. Partners are much more comfortable with us communicating this way vs. traditional email. ### 9.
