Lunio is really effective at filtering out low-quality and invalid traffic without needing much manual effort. Once it’s set up, it runs in the background and helps protect ad spend automatically. I also like how clear the dashboard is, it gives a good breakdown of traffic sources and makes it easier to understand where budget is being wasted. The main downside is that pricing isn’t very transparent upfront, which can make it harder to evaluate at the start. Also, some of the data can be a bit overwhelming if you’re not familiar with traffic quality metrics, so there’s a small learning curve. I like that Lunio does a great job supporting the community beyond just having a solid product. They genuinely understand the concerns of PPC specialists and support them to be successful, rather than just being another SaaS company. I appreciate that their product works and how they are constantly seeking innovation and feedback. They stay ahead of the curve and align with Paid Specialists, which is valuable. Lunio could do a better job of helping with more monitoring, outside of ad waste. We were seeing a lot of fake and spam leads through search and social campaigns - wasting both budget and internal resources. Once we implemented Lunio, the quality of our leads improved immediately. We now convert around 60% of MQLs to demos, up from about 50% before Lunio. It’s easy to use, mostly self-managed, and the support team (especially Debora!) is incredibly responsive and helpful. We initially started using Lunio to block invalid traffic and reduce spam leads in our CRM. Standard search campaigns were getting hit hard by bots and even a local competitor clicking on our ads. Lunio has since helped us blacklist bad actors, get a sizable refund from Google for invalid clicks, and stop wasted spend. We realised if we wanted to scale paid traffic in a healthy way across multiple platforms, we needed a solution to deal with invalid traffic and click fraud. We've been using Lunio to protect our high-spend campaigns across Google and Meta since May 2024. And since then we've seen a significant improvement in traffic quality. Overall it's been really reassuring to have in place. Whenever conversations arise internally about traffic quality, we can confidently say that we're doing everything we can to proactively protect our site and make the most of our ad spend. I've been using Lunio's services for more than a year for our brand. We are truly satisfied with their solution of detecting and eliminating invalid and fake traffic. I actually have an admin role in the tool, and I can closely monitor its positive effects on our paid campaigns. We plan on continuing our subscription for a long period. Their solution is very easy to implement. Also, the customer support is very helpful, explains everything down to the smallest detail and acts promptly on any requests you may have, both when onboarding, but also during the collaboration. Also, the reports they offer are very detailed and helpful. You can see invalid traffic by channels, campaign types. Moreover, you can see a balance of how much you saved in spend by using their tool, and these savings are always higher than the monthly subscription you pay them, so it's clearly beneficial to the end user.
