We have had huge problems with invalid traffic and PPC Protect has reduced that to near zero. We tried other solutions that filled our exclusion lists with junk and had no impact, but with PPC Protect we saw results within a few days. **What do you dislike about Lunio?** Initially I didn't like that I couldn't set my own rules. However the team were very open with me about why that is and why an automatic approach is better. After testing it against a few rule based systems I can see exactly what they mean as our CPA is much lower. Having said that it would be nice to be able to block after one single click in very high CPC campaigns. **What problems is Lunio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are in a hyper competitive industry where click fraud is rife. We started with a goal of blocking competitors from clicking but soon realised we also had quite a lot of bot traffic we were paying for too. Sometimes when an agency account has been removed from your MCC you'll still see it in PPC Protect which over a period of time can clutter results. It does however have the option of whether you want to see that account in your main view so it's a minor concern. **Recommendations to others considering Lunio:** Speak to Neil and the team at PPC Protect. If you're currently with Clickcease or any of the other providers then I'd recommend you compare the two products and speak in detail with Neil about how it compares to other systems. We've estimated to save more than 2-3k in malicious clicks for a small agency so the potentials for savings are significant and if this translates into better customer retention as well then it's a solution that easily pays for itself whether it's for single use or agency use. **What problems is Lunio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use PPC Protect as a way of selling our services at a higher ticket. The IP block sharing between accounts eliminates bot networks efficiently. We saw metrics on a couple of client accounts deteriorate rapidly, these clients were in the same industry, conversions dropped to zero, CTR skyrocketed and certain keywords suddenly received more clicks than usual. In other words, it had all the hallmarks of a clickfraud attack. This one was quite sophisticated, we watched the sessions on session recording software and monitored the IP addresses as clicks came in and realized we had to take action, this was an industry wide, coordinated attack hitting multiple accounts. Normally we enable click fraud software only when we spot the signs, because most clickfraud software cause redirects that delay showing the web page, we all know what speed does to conversions... We decided to give these guys a go, it's easy to set up and in a matter of days, clickfraud dropped off and conversions returned. As the software doesn't seem to cause any noticable delay when users click an ad, we have now decided to have it enabled for all accounts as defauls as it helps all accounts eliminate bot IP's. We needed support for a few issues, safe to say these guys go above and beyond. We all know how important good support becomes when things go critical, i cannot recommend them enough. Keep up the good work! **What do you dislike about Lunio?** Their pricing model is based on ad spend, in our opinion, reputable agencies don't charge their clients a percentage of the ad spend as it creates a conflict of interest, we use fixed fees only so income doesn't scale with spend. In our niche, some clicks are very expensive which means that it adds up with high CTR small clients. We'd prefer a click based model. Hopefully they will consider that in the future. **Recommendations to others considering Lunio:** Do the trial before you make a decision.
