I work with people across multiple teams, time zones, and external partners, and Lunacal handles that complexity well. The booking flow is clean, predictable, and doesn’t get in the way. I like that it feels lightweight but still flexible—things like buffers, availability rules, and team scheduling are easy to reason about. It integrates into existing workflows without forcing everyone to “learn a new system,” which matters in a large org. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some advanced configurations aren’t immediately obvious, especially if you’re trying to do something slightly non-standard. I’ve had to spend a bit of time exploring docs or settings to understand edge cases. Also, when managing multiple event types or teams, the UI can feel a bit busy until you’re familiar with it.
