"A practical scheduling tool that stays out of the way"
5/5
What do you like best about Lunacal.ai?

I work with people across multiple teams, time zones, and external partners, and Lunacal handles that complexity well. The booking flow is clean, predictable, and doesn’t get in the way. I like that it feels lightweight but still flexible—things like buffers, availability rules, and team scheduling are easy to reason about. It integrates into existing workflows without forcing everyone to “learn a new system,” which matters in a large org. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lunacal.ai?

Some advanced configurations aren’t immediately obvious, especially if you’re trying to do something slightly non-standard. I’ve had to spend a bit of time exploring docs or settings to understand edge cases. Also, when managing multiple event types or teams, the UI can feel a bit busy until you’re familiar with it. "A clean, no-nonsense scheduling tool that fits well into a developer’s workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Lunacal.ai?

I work with teammates, partners, and clients spread across multiple time zones, and Lunacal handles that reliably. Sharing availability is straightforward, bookings sync cleanly with my calendar, and I don’t have to worry about double-booking. I also like that the product feels lightweight—there isn’t a lot of unnecessary UI or friction when setting things up. It integrates well into an existing workflow rather than trying to replace it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lunacal.ai?

Some advanced configurations take a bit of exploration to fully understand, especially when setting things up for teams. The product is still evolving, so certain edge cases or niche workflows aren’t always covered yet. I’ve also noticed that documentation could be more detailed in a few areas, particularly for users who want deeper control or customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A practical alternative to Calendly for paid intro calls"
5/5
What do you like best about Lunacal.ai?

Lunacal scheduling software quietly does its job, which is exactly what I need for paid and free intro calls. I’ve set up different event types with separate prices, and the booking flow feels smoother than tools I’ve used before. Being able to add a short story, testimonials, and files to the booking page makes new clients feel more confident that they’re in the right place before they pay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lunacal.ai?

I’d like a faster way to duplicate and adjust existing booking pages when I’m running similar events. It’s possible today, but a more streamlined “clone and tweak” option would save a few clicks in my weekly workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Absolutely Refreshing to the Genre!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lunacal.ai?

I used to run my coaching business on TidyCal and spreadsheets. Switching to Lunacal felt like finally upgrading to a proper client portal without the heavy learning curve. My favorite part is how easy it was to set up paid bookings and coupons. I can offer discovery calls for free, then use another booking page for paid sessions, bundles, or VIP days. The booking questions and workflows mean I can send prep material and follow-up emails automatically, which makes me look really organized even on chaotic days. As scheduling software, it does all the basics well – calendar sync, buffers, notice periods – but the real joy is that clients say “your booking page looks so professional.” That little confidence boost matters more than I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lunacal.ai?

On mobile, I sometimes wish there was an ultra-compact view of upcoming bookings so I can quickly glance at my day without scrolling as much. Not a dealbreaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Global Scheduling with Reliable Time Zone Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Lunacal.ai?

I work with teammates and external partners across multiple countries, and Lunacal handles time zones reliably. People see available slots in their own local time, and the confirmations are consistent on both sides. I also like that I can add short notes about the meeting setup—things like the call platform or a backup link. It cuts down on the usual back-and-forth and the “just checking the time again” messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lunacal.ai?

It would be helpful to have a clearer visual indicator of each participant’s time zone in the booking details—something like a small label or icon. The information is there, but making it more obvious would reduce ambiguity at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A simple way to avoid time zone confusion in distributed teams"
5/5
What do you like best about Lunacal.ai?

I work with teams spread across multiple countries and time zones, and Lunacal handles that reliably. When someone books time, they see availability in their own local time and the confirmations stay consistent for everyone. I also like that I can add short notes about the meeting platform or a backup option, which cuts down on follow-up messages. Overall, it removes a lot of small but frequent coordination friction. What do you dislike about Lunacal.ai?

In the booking details, it would be helpful to have a clearer indicator of each participant’s time zone—something as simple as a small label or flag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I've tried almost every scheduling tool. Lunacal is definitely among top 3"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Lunacal.ai?

The biggest differentiator is that the booking page doesn’t feel like a boring form. I added a short description and some “what to expect” text, and that alone made the client booking experience feel warmer. For sessions, I can attach a small file so people come prepared. Stripe integration works well and the recent coupons feature is awesome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lunacal.ai?

On mobile, the first load feels a bit slower than I’d like sometimes, though it’s still usable. I just wish it felt instant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super simple, great support"
5/5
What do you like best about Lunacal.ai?

Many of my clients are not very tech-savvy, and Lunacal’s flow is simple enough that they rarely get stuck. I like that I can write friendly copy on the page explaining exactly what to do. Recurring sessions are easy.. clients just reuse the same link, pick a time, and they’re done. The reminders help them remember without me texting everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lunacal.ai?

I wish there was a super simple “rebook this exact time next week” button for some clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Using Lunacal scheduling software for discovery calls"
5/5
What do you like best about Lunacal.ai?

I love that each event type can have its own explanation, questions, and follow-up. For discovery calls, I ask 3–4 simple questions during booking, which gives me enough context to prepare. The booking page looks clean and the confirmation emails are plain but clear. It feels like a thoughtful first step instead of just “pick a time”. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lunacal.ai?

I’d like more control over the styling of email confirmations, even if it’s just a few presets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
