"Transformation of our Roadmap and Request Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Luna AI?

- Focus on the overall launch vs. detailed technical tickets. I think this is my favorite, Luna focuses on the outcome and successful launch of the overall project, ensuring all users take action. Other collaboration tools focus on technical tickets, leaving stakeholder tasks aside.

- One of the biggest advantages is user visibility. Previously we used JIRA internally but our stakeholders were not able to receive updates on the progress of major projects.

- Seamless connectivity among many different tools, including slack.

- Luna's data-driven approach and insights is a strong plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luna AI?

- Overall the team was very responsive to feedback during our beta and moved really fast to launch new features. One area that will be really helpful and I am excited to see is two-way communication between Luna and JIRA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Luna AI review"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Luna AI?

As a project manager, Luna has drastically reduced the time I spend on reporting and alignment meetings with project stakeholders. Whether it's management, clients, external partners/experts, or my internal project team, anyone can easily access the current status of our projects. More importantly, they can stay informed about key changes in timelines, scope, open risks, and critical decisions made - all within a centralized location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luna AI?

There's nothing I dislike about Luna. In fact, I'm looking forward to the launch of their AI feature. I've been part of the beta testing group for their GenAI LunaVista, which automates executive summaries tailored to different audiences. I'm looking forward to its integration with Luna's data, enabling comprehensive reports that incorporate project information from all sources - Luna's structured data, unstructured emails, chat messages, task details etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Luna AI?

As a Product Marketing Manager, Luna has drastically improved our communication and coordination across teams. We hold bi-weekly project follow-up meetings involving Product Leads, Marketing, and Engineering, and Luna has replaced the manual project review reports we used to prepare for these sessions. Now, attendees can check updates directly in Luna before the meeting, allowing us to focus on key decisions, risks, and changes that need mitigation. One of the major advantages is the ability to raise issues in real time, without waiting for the next meeting. Additionally, linking Jira tickets at every stage, whether it's back-end or front-end development, makes it easy to track progress and reduces the constant back-and-forth between tools and people. What do you dislike about Luna AI?

Currently, Luna has a robust integration with Slack, but I’m looking forward to having the same level of integration with Microsoft Teams. Automated notifications about key changes in project timelines and status would be very useful for our team, as we rely heavily on Teams for communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Luna AI?

- I can easily subscribe my co-founders and relevant team members to a launch or specific milestones. Luna keeps them up to date with changes in status, date, decisions, etc.

- It was easy to set up, and their team was helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luna AI?

Nothing specific, their team is open to feedback and improving accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Luna isn't just a tool – it's a game-changer for CEOs like me aiming to elevate their organization"
4/5
What do you like best about Luna AI?

As CEO of a small company, Luna is great for:

- Highlighting week on week changes in their timeline. I can now quickly understand what changes in a project, if the project is delayed, or if the status went to At risk, without having to ask anyone questions

- Birds eye view that is highly customizable. I have my own table view of the key projects I want to follow, at a high level

- Their team and onboarding: the Luna team is very involved in making sure everyone is trained and set up is done, including integrations. We actually started using Luna quite quickly.

- Slack and ClickUp integrations much easier to use and set than anticipated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luna AI?

Not much to report at this moment. Luna helps with specific pain points I had. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Delivering visibility and efficiency in our cross-functional initiative delivery"
5/5
What do you like best about Luna AI?

We have long wrestled with finding the best means of initiative coordination within a growing company, using a range of tools and reporting formats, from Google Docs to Notion to Jira.

None of these provided either:

- The type of digestible and timely updates we wanted to provide to senior stakeholders;

- A structure for tracking approvals and sign offs from relevant decision makers across a relatively complex organisation.

Luna has been a big win for the Product team and company - it was easy to set up and begin using for our first initiative, and quickly get value from using it. It's straightforward for Product Managers working on multiple different features to keep up to date, particularly with the Jira integration, and via Slack we're able to deliver the updates and visibility we need to our executive and other teams.

The approvals capability for initiative milestones has significantly reduced the friction and uncertainty that afflicted our previous processes.

Throughout, the Luna team's support has been excellent. While the user experience is very intuitive, they've always responded quickly to any queries and have been active in providing training to help onboard the broader team to Luna and highlight the value it brings to users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luna AI?

There isn't anything I dislike. As we deepen our usage, we're identifying more things we'd like to do. What has been great so far is we've found that Luna already has the functionality to support what we want to do or the team is already in the process of delivering it. It's always reassuring to find a partner's roadmap aligns with your needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elevating Business Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about Luna AI?

Overall, the tool is easy to onboard and their Jira and Slack integrations are solid. A bit more in details:

Internally, within my company:

- Luna brings easy to consume visibility to the management, on top of the cluttered work in Jira and the scattered important info in emails and Slack

- With Slack and email notifications, Luna is very good at highlighting changes (eg. date, status...) that happen and keeping everyone notified

- With milestones, Luna allows tech to coordinate with business teams (eg. sales) without having to drag them into Jira or share endless spreadsheets with them

Externally - with my clients:

- We can give them clear and professional visibility that Luna provides in an automated way, in external dashboards. We then spend much less time on reporting and making sense of progress and risks in Jira, since clients can follow along, from the external dashboards that stay up-to-date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luna AI?

Maybe adding a Microsoft Teams integration. We have a close relationship with the Luna team, they listen to our feedback and always try to improve Luna to solve our pain points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect tool for a CEO to have the 'helicopter' view of my company's projects"
5/5
What do you like best about Luna AI?

As the CEO of a systems integration company, Luna keeps me informed about project progress without burdening my reports with manual status updates or holding weekly alignment meetings. The platform provides me with real-time information when I need it. I usually check it every morning to start the day with the latest info.

I particularly appreciate how Luna highlights key changes specifically in project timelines, allowing me to quickly identify and address any shifts in the schedule. Coupled with the qualitative information entered by teams (e.g. risks, decisions, and weekly updates), Luna gives me the necessary context to understand the rationale behind these changes. This improves my ability to stay well-informed and make informed decisions.

One of Luna's most helpful features is the ability for my teams to escalate important risks directly to me through the platform. This enables me to address these issues without delay.

So overall, Luna has significantly enhanced my oversight capabilities while reducing administrative burdens on my teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luna AI?

Luna doesn't have yet an integration with Microsoft Teams, which we use extensively internally. It would be great if I could access project information from there as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Luna, the missing tool for high-level project management"
5/5
What do you like best about Luna AI?

We have all heard about Jira and Asana, as much as these tools are great, they are task-oriented. Luna is more tailored for high-level communication and visibility with any involved stakeholders of a project. No need to have multiple tools anymore, from within Luna we can share status updates, raise risks, and decisions made for the whole project lifecycle. We love the Jira integration, which saves us a lot of time, without having to ask teams to change how they are working or duplicate information. It's intuitive and made our team save a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luna AI?

not much to say or add at this stage honestly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Luna - best product and project management tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Luna AI?

Luna is a great tool for two things : manage globally a large roadmap of projects and/or manage projects on a daily basis.

We chose to start to manage our roadmap of projects and it is a game changer to give an overview for the top management.

With integration of Jira or Slack, Luna is easy to be integrated in our environment. It is also easy to implement as you only need an email to start.

Customer support is amazing as the founders and the team are really focused on developping the best experience and the best product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luna AI?

Nothing really to say.

Need a feature to export to powerpoint but the team is working on it ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
