LUNA by Twixium AI is a bilingual (English/Spanish) AI employee that works inside your WhatsApp Business number and a chat widget on your website. She replies in whichever language the guest writes in, 24 hours a day, using your own information: hours, location, menu, prices and policies. For restaurants, reservations are built in on every plan: - Website booking widget (one line of code) with real availability - Guests book on WhatsApp or web chat in plain language ("table for 4 tomorrow at 8"). LUNA checks availability, offers the closest available times when the requested one is full, and confirms - Instant confirmation, then reminders 24 hours and 2 hours before on WhatsApp (and by email when the guest gives one) - A link in every message to view, change or cancel; cancelled tables become available again right away - Live table timeline and availability rules (zones, combinable tables, turn time, party size, booking window) - Guest profiles with visit history, special requests and habits - After the visit, LUNA asks every guest how it went and shares the restaurant's Google review link, whatever their rating. Low ratings also send the owner a private alert LUNA also captures leads, books appointments into Google Calendar and hands conversations to a human when needed.
