As an employee, Lumity made it very easy to get an understanding of my offered healthcare plans and is seamless to get set up. I also really liked the frequent email reminders to do my enrollment. Lumity somehow negotiated the best benefit rates we've ever had in all our 4 years of doing business. We had Plan Source before Lumity and although Plan Source's system and design were outdated, at least it gave us the info we needed - reports, graphs, employee enrollments, etc. We are constantly contacting our representatives at Lumity because we don't have access to the info ourselves.
