Lumistry Voice IVR is an interactive voice response system built for pharmacies. It takes the routine calls that keep the phone ringing all day, lets patients order refills any time, and sends those requests straight to the pharmacy management system so the team can fill them without picking up the phone. Because it connects to the pharmacy’s software, Voice IVR does more than route calls. Who’s Calling pulls up a patient’s profile as soon as they call, click-to-call dials patients and prescribers from the screen, and outbound calls let patients know when their prescriptions are ready. Unlimited lines keep patients from hitting a busy signal, installation is done remotely, and most pharmacies keep their existing phone and fax numbers.
