I used to teach others to use Lumin PDF because it was great until I met their support team **Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Ksenia E. | P, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2021 **What do you like best about Lumin for G Suite?** It's free, it's super easy to use, it's fast and it has absolutely everything you need for editing PDF files. **What do you dislike about Lumin for G Suite?** I wish there were more languages. I am from Russia and my colleagues are Russian, and not many of them know English very well. UPD: I had an issue that was basically Lumin Team's fault. I've contacted them and they blamed me and were very rude. I won't recommend it anymore. **What problems is Lumin for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am working at the university. And when COVID came, we needed to work remotely. Lumin PDF was a great instrument to communicate with students. I can check their homework, their drawings and they will receive my feedback immediately. I started to teach other teachers to use Lumin PDF because it's so much useful than our other instruments! The signature function was especially useful as I had to use it in several locations. I also appreciated the ability to change text colour and use freehand drawing functions when annotating. **What do you dislike about Lumin for G Suite?** I would have like to use the shape tool, but as it was a premium feature, I did not. But even without it the freehand drawing tool works perfectly well. **Recommendations to others considering Lumin for G Suite:** If you're looking for a pdf editor that interacts well with google docs, this does the job. **What problems is Lumin for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was able to sign documents for clubs fully online without printing or rescanning. ### 3. It has a horrible interface. There are better duplicates for free or cheaper on the chrome extension form. The only reason I downloaded this product was that I got it for free. However, even with no price attached, I felt as if I got scammed! Don't let the reviews fool you, as they are paying people to review their products. **What do you dislike about Lumin for G Suite?** The customer support is horrible.
