LumiDesk is a cloud platform for running a cash-based physical therapy clinic. Patients book their own visit online, inside your availability and your booking notice. Before the first visit they fill in your intake form and sign your consent form, and the signed copy is kept with their chart. When they sign in, they see their upcoming visits. Your staff create patient records and find patients by name. You add staff members by email invite, build your own roles, and choose exactly what each role can open and change, so a patient's record is visible only to the roles you allow. You price your own services and products and choose which locations offer them. After a visit, hand the patient a printable superbill with their coded visits, dates, amounts paid and your NPI, so they can submit it to their own insurer. Pricing is $55 per clinician seat per month, or $550 per year. LumiDesk launches soon. Clinics can join the waitlist at lumidesk.io.
