What I liked the most about using their services in general was that everything I had in their infrastructure was under the supervision of experts in the area who could easily provide a solution if I ever needed help with anything related to the services they offer in a fast and secure way.

I have been pretty happy using Savvis. They have strict security to get in to the data center and although this is needed, they require to revalidate your card if you have not been there in 3 months. we do most of our stuff remotely so having to stop and get revalidated takes up too much time. i understand why these procedures are in place but maybe there is a better way. Reliability/up time was pretty good. Very few issues with that and when outages did happen, the response time to get things back up and running was pretty good. Good at responding to emergency situations, which is exactly what you need from a managed hosting/colo provider! Service team was always pleasant and eager to help. Non-emergency requests were handled pretty slowly and customer service team didn't seem to have visibility into past issues. I would call about the same issue multiple times in a year, and every time, they had difficulty figuring out what to do.
