There are many features/capabilities within LumApps where it feels like there is a small piece missing that could make the experience as an admin much better.

A couple of examples of this would be scheduling publication dates and version history. Having a publication date for new content is great, but there is no way to schedule the publication of new versions/drafts of existing content. You must first unpublish to then schedule a new publish date. It would be great to leverage this for both new and existing content. For version history, it is nice that the feature exists, but it would be so much more helpful/useful if the changes between one version and the next were highlighted/presented to make them easier to find. These are just a couple of examples, but my team finds similar constraints frequently.

Another process I wish was better was submitting product feedback. While there are communities on The Hive to submit this, it would be great to have a more official ticketing/request process so that any/all admins were able to leave feedback as well see what feedback other customers are leaving. The ability to have all resources in one place for easy accessibility. Additionally, there is a repository of everything we have ever posted so people can go back - even if it was before they were hired - and locate important reports, for example that may be relevant to their work. It is very difficult to engage our team to simply log on to LumApps. We often hear it is just another thing and it's difficult to break through that barrier.
