The analytics are lacking, especially for trying to figure out a user journey within the intranet platform and there is NO click analytics. As a PM, it makes it very hard to prioritize which tools/widgets are actually being use in a certain site Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the integration with Google workspace and the ability to customize the navigation and news items. Mobile app is helpful too. We recently updated our navigation and love the option to intergrate videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
