What do you like best about Lumana?

The AI-powered search functionality is the standout feature. In our previous system, finding a specific event (like a blue truck entering the loading dock) took hours of scrubbing through footage. With Lumana, it’s like using Google for our physical space. What do you dislike about Lumana?

While the cloud-hybrid setup is great for bandwidth, the initial indexing of archived footage from our legacy cameras took a bit longer than expected. "Revolutionary Instant Search and Proactive Alerts Make Monitoring Effortless"

What do you like best about Lumana?

Instant Search has completely changed how I review footage. Previously, I would spend hours going through old videos, but now I can simply type something like "person in red shirt" or "blue car," and the AI locates it within seconds. The Proactive Alerts feature is also incredibly helpful. It notifies us right away if someone is loitering near the ATM after hours or entering a restricted area, allowing us to address potential issues before they escalate. We were able to save money because we didn't need to purchase new cameras—Lumana was compatible with the equipment we already owned. In terms of safety, we're no longer simply recording incidents after they happen; now, the system alerts us immediately when something appears suspicious, which helps us prevent crime. What do you like best about Lumana?

It would be much more helpful to play back video recording at much faster speeds. The fastest playback speed right now is 10x. I would prefer faster options like 20x even though that sounds too fast. It helps us track outbound shipments and if we shipped the right thing because sometimes our freight services lose things but sometimes we don't ship a product we invoiced. What do you like best about Lumana?

I appreciate Lumana's ability to customize alerts and notices with hardly any limitations, whether it's for people, animals, colors, clothes, etc. It's very intelligent. I love its capability to do whatever I ask it to, even stitching together views of individuals as they pass by various cameras, which lets me track everything and everyone. Additionally, after trialing different software, I found Lumana to be the most robust option with the best price point. What do you like best about Lumana?

I like that I'm able to tag people in the Lumana software so that we can follow them from camera to camera. It's quite helpful because we can view specific cameras to see what's going on in different areas of our campus. I also find Lumana's filters very useful for making it easier to detect things. What do you like best about Lumana?

I have used Lumana for almost a year, and it's been much better than the previous live agent monitoring. I love the faster and more accurate alerts. The ability to create alerts and make changes as needed is fantastic because as situations change, we can quickly adapt without different information or actions by different agents.
